Farid did an excellent job for us, he got us out of trouble as well as our business. We found Farid very efficient, professional, polite and excellent customer service. Never had our computers working so well. I've had to use several repair services over the years, but PC Home UK are by far the best. Having found them by internet search, I received a very quick response. Farid took time to explain the problem with my laptop, fixed it within 24 hours and charged me less than I expected. One of the problems I have found with repair services is the opening times, not a problem with Farid, and I was able to drop off and pick up my pc after 7:30 p.m., meaning I only had it out of my possession for one day not like other services where I have had to wait until the weekend to pick up my repaired PC or laptop. In addition, Farid's obvious concern for the customer and desire to provide a very high level of service shone through. I unreservedly recommend PC Home UK

Life and sanity saver!!!! Farid was prompt, friendly and exceptionally quick at resolving problems with regards to security and wireless connections that we had been experiencing for months. Would highly recommend him to friends and colleagues. we shall definitely be using his services again in the future. Those who may believe that the hourly cost to be fairly high should be reassured that this is rather cheap in comparison to the headache of not having any connection to broadband at all.
